Undoubtably you will have started thinking about potential ideas for your club or society in the academic year ahead. How do you go about turning ideas into action, and how can you effectively engage with others to ensure that your initiative can be planned, and delivered as successfully as possible? In this workshop we will discuss the principles of project development and co-production, and think about how we can apply them in practice.
