Most fresh graduates are thrown right into the deep end post university life. Mortgage? Shares? Interest? What? Throw in the aspect of what is actually permissible in Islam and life suddenly becomes even more difficult to bring your head around.

Imperial ISoc, alongside UCL ISoc, SOAS ISoc and IFES (Islamic Finance and Ethics Society) are bringing you a FREE talk aiming to break it down into easily digestible chunks.

Sheikh Bilal Khan is a qualified scholar in Islamic Finance and is currently Co-Chairman and Partner of Dome Advisory, a firm that brings together expertise in Private & Real Estate, Consulting, Banking and Islamic Finance.

This talk aims to provide students with practical information on ethical banking and financing in order to be able to make more informed choices.

How is the best way of going about buying your first house?
Is it okay to finance cars?
What careers should you be cautious of?
