Sushi making lesson

Like Japanese cuisine? Like Sushi? Well this is the event for you! The IC Japanese Society is inviting a professional to give a lesson on sushi making! All equipment and ingredients are provided so there is nothing for you to bring. You will be making: -6 salmon hosomaki -6 cucumber hosomaki -6 salmon avocado inside-out roll -3 salmon nigiri -1 california temaki *vegan options are available too. Please let us know asap if you would like this option. You can choose to eat at the event or take the sushi home. We have used a few hundred pounds of the society budget to greatly subsidise the ticket cost. ONLY 30 TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. So get them now before it runs out!!
