CSP Drop-Ins

The Activities Team run Drop-In Sessions during the week to help you discuss any issues you are having face-to-face.

Drop-In Schedule

Where?  Come to the Union Helpdesk, Beit Quad, Prince Consort Road.

How?  Check-in at the Helpdesk and they'll log your issue and send you up to a session!

The last drop in of Spring Term is Wednesday 20th of March. The first drop in of Summer Term will be Monday 8th of April. Slots are bookable 2 weeks in advance. 

Every drop-in session that happens will be added to a log so nothing gets missed and we will review the log monthly to highlight any process or support page gaps to then work on them within the following month. We want to make sure we are actively listening to your issues and adapting to them.  

Events and Trips

We are changing the way we support CSP events and trips this year so we are available to develop your ideas and give dedicated feedback. Our Events drop ins will now be bookings only. You will be able to book a 20 minute slot with an Event Coordinator to develop ideas for an upcoming event or trip, or review a submission or feedback you are unsure about. 

These bookings are available on the week below, and you can book up to 2 weeks in advance. Please provide as much detail about your query in our booking form as possible so we can prepare for the meetings, please note that if you do not include any information we may cancel your booking.

Remember you can still visit the Helpdesk for check ins about submissions and drop ins for general enquiries. If needed, the Helpdesk will book you a slot in the next available events drop in.
