A 6-week Meditation Course for beginners.

Yogic meditation can help you develop or progress in many aspects of life. Through meditation we can find a deeper sense of meaning and inner peace. As you maintain or increase your physical health and as you find more clarity of mind, the world opens up to you and you can make the best choices and develop the inner strength to overcome difficulties.

Dada Jyotirupananda, a yogic meditation teacher for 35 years, will lead the ongoing meditation course covering basic aspects of meditation, with clear explanations and a constructive meditation practice over the 6 weeks.

The classes will be at 7:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays start from 5/5/2020, and is available to purchase on the union website here
