In partnership with Move Imperial, we are running a Stress Less campaign to help you unwind and de-stress this exam season!
In December, we are running free yoga sessions, wellbeing walks from the library and massages to help you relax and feel ready to tackle your assessments. Studying for and sitting exams can be a stressful time, however, regular short bursts of exercise can go a long way to improve mood, aid better sleep and reduce stress.
Any type of physical activity will have a positive impact on your mood and wellbeing. It doesn’t have to be very intense or time-consuming, even a short walk in between study blocks will help, and walking can be a great form of moving meditation.
