10x Genomics is a company pioneering the development of transcriptomics used to study single cells over both time and spatial domains. They combine hardware, chemistry, and software to give biologists insight into the protein expression systems of cells that underpin life and disease. We are excited to host them at our first event this Autumn, where Dr Christophe Fleury will be discussing the company's latest work on spatio-temporal transcriptomics. Abstract: The vast complexities of biology require approaches to build a complete understanding, from single cells to tissues and beyond. 10x Genomics Chromium Single Cell products enable molecular profiling with multiomic capabilities in tens of thousands of single cells, and our Visium Spatial products provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationships between cellular function, phenotype, and location in intact tissue sections. Join us to learn how you can uncover molecular insights, dissect cell-type differences, detect novel cell sub-types and biomarkers, define gene regulatory interactions, and decipher spatio-temporal gene expression patterns. Resolve highly complex biological systems, while bringing into focus the details that matter most.
