Rep Training: Being a great team leader.

This session will cover the basics of being an effective team leader, from supporting the reps you are supervising and preparing them for their roles, to managing conflict within your team and knowing when to intervene when there is a problem. It will give you tips on how to engage unengaged reps and what to do when no one is replying to your messages. A useful training for all academic and wellbeing reps who will be supervising a team this year, like dep reps or faculty reps.
