Ex-National Team member and former teammate of Jet Li, Master Huang Ping will be exclusively offering a coaching seminar in Imperial College for all Fridays during January; (11th, 18th, 25th), from 8pm to 10pm in Imperial College Union (Beit Hall).
Huang Ping will going through general basics training as how she trained during her time on the Chinese National Team, offering advice on how best to improve your basics, stances and flexibiliy.
Master Ping is known for her quality of movement, both as a former competing athlete in China and now as a coach. This will be the focus of the latter part of the seminars, where she will be teaching movements from internal styles such as Tai Chi and Bagua, and showing how they are applied in combat.
This seminar will be useful for both amateurs who would like to see how Wushu movements can be incooporated into combat as well as professional martial artists, dancers, stuntmen etc who would like to add something new into their training and repertoire of movement.
