Hatha Yoga with Noreen is a gentle and relaxing yoga class that will help you improve your flexibility, strength, and well-being. Hatha Yoga focuses on balancing and harmonizing the energies of the sun and the moon within you, and preparing your body and mind for a deeper spiritual practice. In this class, you will learn some basic physical poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. 
You need to purchase a ticket for each lesson (either a single class or 10-class pass).  
  Sign-up is highly recommended to ensure a place. Please show up 5 minutes before the lesson. If you arrive late, your space might have been given to a person on the door.  
  Mats and blocks are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
