Have you ever wanted to learn the Big 3 lifts before, but have been worried that you might get injured? Have you been lifting for a while, and want some advice on how to get to the next stage of your training? Whether you haven't stepped foot in a gym before or you're a seasoned veteran, our session promises to make your technique crispy af and keep you injury free. Led by Team GB Powerlifting Champion, Sheri Miles, you will be taught how to perform the 3 main powerlifting lifts, the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift, safely and efficiently for the best results. She will cover the rules set out by the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) for each lift. You'll also have the opportunity to train in our specialist gym, complete with competition-spec equipment, and meet the Barbell team who are happy to help with whatever lifting questions you might have!
