SSDP Imperial are proud to welcome Ignacio Labayen De Inza to educate on chemsex – a seldom discussed issue affecting many LGBT+ young people worldwide. From this talk, you will have a good understanding of what chemsex is, the unique multi-faceted issues surrounding chemsex, how to keep yourself safe and where to turn when you or a friend needs support with chemsex. Ignacio is the CEO and Co-Founder of Controlling Chemsex: a licensed UK charity providing free professional support for those struggling with chemsex. Controlling Chemsex provide harm reduction outreach on LGBT+ dating apps such as Grindr and Scruff, and direct many to their counselling and addiction services to help end the suffering of people worldwide struggling with their chemsex use.
