PICOCON 40: TWISTED

Picocon 40 (ICSF's yearly mini-convention) will be running on 11th March. There will be guest speakers, pub quizzes, destruction of dodgy merch and games.

This year’s theme will be “Twisted” and aims to celebrate those who have left their mark on us by adding their own twist to conventions, expectations or tropes!

GUESTS OF HONOUR

ALMA ALEXANDER The Duchess of Fantasy, and author of many great series including Worldweavers, The Secrets Of Jin-Shei and The Were Chronicles.
JONATHAN SIMS Author (and voice) of The Magnus Archives podcast, as well as books Thirteen Storeys and Family Business.
GAV THORPE Games developer for Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000, who has also written numerous novels, including The Sundering Trilogy, the Path of the Eldar, and Warbeast.
MARK LAWRENCE Author of Prince of Thorns and Red Sister, who has also written many other series including Impossible Times and the Red Queen’s War.
TIM KLOTZ Fight director for theatre, ballet, opera, film, video games and television.
ALLAN HENRY Mo-cap performer who’s played a role in many blockbusters including Cocaine Bear, The Hobbit, Mortal Engines, and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay (Part 2).
