The Executive Committee is the paramount executive body of the Union. It is responsible for the overseeing the general day to day management of the Union, implementing policy that that Council has set. It also sets its own operational policy, allocates resources and monitors the Unions financial performance. Executive Committee is composed of the Sabbatical Officers, Faculty Union Presidents, the GSA President and two representatives each from the Clubs and Societies Board and the Representation and Welfare Board. It reports to the Trustee Board through its Chair, the Union President.
