Beit Quadrangle
Beit Quad in South Kensington campus is home to the Imperial College Union building. It's next to the Royal Albert Hall on Prince Consort Road. You can find it on the campus map.
Beit Quad hosts three of our venues: FiveSixEight, The Union Bar and Metric. These three iconic spaces are known as our Beit bars. They open up straight out onto the quad where you can sit in the sunshine or find covered outdoor seating, depending on the season.
Our Beit bars are steeped in history, with some world-class artists such as Queen, Elton John, Led Zeppelin, and David Bowie performing at the Union!
FiveSixEight (568)
FiveSixEight is the busiest of our bars - there's always a buzz! With a fully stocked bar and some unbeatable daily drink deals, it's the main gathering space for our students. We also serve delicious food every day at 568.
There are large screens showing live sports and events throughout the year, a newly upgraded sound system and lighting for music and events, plus a large beer garden, what more could you want! Regular events run throughout the year, including the weekly Wednesday sports nights and the Thursday Quiz!

The Union Bar
The Union Bar is one for fans of an old-school vibe. It's a historic space with a traditional pub feel, and has been left relatively unchanged since the ICU's founding! Soak up the history with a round of darts and check out the displays and the union's legendary pewter tankard collection.
The Union Bar opens its doors for events and busier evenings at Beit Quad, and is available for hire. For those feeling peckish, food is available from the FiveSixEight kitchen next door.

Metric
Metric is our biggest and boldest venue. It’s our most versatile space, with a fully stocked bar, dance floor, lighting and sound system. Its large capacity makes it the perfect place for live performances, DJs and club nights! We've hosted everything from dance workouts, art events and vintage fairs, to after-parties, club nights, and TV and movie filming in Metric!
Metric opens its doors for events and busier evenings at Beit Quad, and also screens live sport on our projectors for big matches.

Reynolds Bar
Reynolds Bar is located in the Reynolds Building of the Charing Cross campus.
After being fully refurbished in recent years, it serves as the social hub for our medicine students over at Hammersmith! It offers comfy seating for daytime relaxing and studying, and will opens up into a bar for the evenings.
Imperial offers food throughout the day as well as hot meals options in the evening in the cafe next door.
You can find AR darts, pool tables and shuffleboard tables, as well as the cheapest drinks in Hammersmith!

h-bar
h-Bar is located on the bottom floor of the Sherfield building in the South Kensington campus.
Imperial offers food in the space during the day, and it is currently used as a bookable event space for private hire.
