Elections
Elections happen three times a year and give you the chance to take the lead in your club operations.
The Leadership Elections in March are when all key committee members are elected, with by-elections for any vacant positions happening in the Summer Elections in June.
Reward and recognition
There’s opportunities across the year for you to highlight amazing student-led work you see at Imperial.
You can nominate a student volunteer for Volunteer of the Month every month, and throughout April each year, you can nominate someone for our annual Union Awards, to be awarded at our awards night event in May/June.
Accident reporting
File a claim, understand the different types and definitions of accidents and incidents, and help promote a strong health and safety culture within our buildings.
Consent awareness
Fostering a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all students, as well as for members of clubs and societies.
Active bystander guidance
When we witness inappropriate or exclusionary behaviour within our student groups, it can be challenging to know how to react -especially when those involved are our friends or peers.
