What is Coursemate?
We're trialling a new function called Coursemate, allowing you to submit feedback directly to Imperial College Union (ICU) and your relevant student representatives.
This could include anything from feedback on lectures, concerns on resourcing, and general requests for additional support or services within your course or union.
Feedback you submit will get assigned to ICU or a student representative to be actioned, and you'll also be able to track the progress of your submissions via Coursemate.
How to access Coursemate
1) Firstly, make sure you are logged in to your student dashboard here!
2) Navigate to the Coursemate section of your Student Dashboard
3) Submit your feedback via the prompts and make sure to fill out all boxes. Use the 'title' for the general topic of your feedback, enter your comments within the 'feedback' box, press 'submit'!
Tip: Make sure to include as much detail as possible in your feedback so we can best direct this to the right person and understand your request.
Track your feedback
Once you have submitted feedback with Coursemate, you'll be able to monitor the progress of your request.
You can find your feedback submissions in Coursemate via the 'in progress' tab. The status of each request will be displayed as 'submitted' when it is being reviewed by Imperial College Union, and 'in progress' once your feedback is assigned to a student representative.
You can also click 'view' to check the current status of your feedback.
Once feedback has been assigned and actioned by ICU or a student rep, it will show in the 'completed' tab of Coursemate.
