Come chat to your Officer Trustees

Your Officer Trustees are 4 students, elected by you, to represent all students to the university.

They have taken time out of their studies (or recently graduated) and will spend a year attending meetings with university higher-ups, working on campaigns and being here, there and everywhere at Imperial to ensure students are at the centre of Imperial’s decision-making.

And to ensure your voice is heard, they’re running Officer Drop-Ins all term to let you speak your mind and get to know them.

You can chat about a module you’re not happy with, a facility that needs work, or maybe you aren’t a fan of something the union’s up to. They’re here to hear your thoughts on everything you experience at uni. You can also just gas them up if you think they’re doing great!

Occurring every Tuesday on alternating campuses, the schedule for this term’s drop-ins is:

📍Hammersmith:

🗓️6 Oct, 3 Nov, 1 Dec

📍Abdus Salam Library:

🗓️13 Oct, 27 Oct, 10 Nov, 24 Nov, 8 Dec, 22 Dec

📍Reynolds:

🗓️20 Oct, 17 Nov, 15 Dec

If you’re unable to attend the drop-ins, feel free to reach out to your Officer Trustees via email. You can find their contact details on the Officer Trustee page.
