ICSM Water Polo: England's strongest water polo club?
The ICSM Water Polo Club was founded in 1997 after the merger of St. Mary's, Charing Cross' and Westminster Hospital's Clubs. It is arguably the strongest Medical School water polo team in England. Just don't ask how many other Medical Schools have their own water polo team!

WE GO ON TOUR TWICE A YEAR EVERY YEAR. This year Bristol and LISBON!

We have two coached sessions a week at Ethos pool (Tuesday 7-8:30PM and Sunday 4:30-6PM) aimed at teaching water polo to our new recruits and developing the skills of the rest of the team. The range of ability within the club is vast- almost all of our players have little or no experience when they join but develop into water polo monsters by mid-season. Our competitive focus is the London University Sports League in which we enter two mixed gender teams. Matches take place every week against other London universities. Players new to the game will have plenty of opportunity to get match experience in League games. There is also opportunity for more serious players to compete in BUCS with a joint Medics/Imperial team.

When we're not in trunks and costumes...

Team dinners, House Parties, Reynolds, Karaoke and Academic tutorials are all in the calendar.
