Over the course of its long and impressive history, Muay Thai Kickboxing has evolved and become one of the most dynamic and beautiful sports around today. Focusing on contact Kickboxing styles that utilize the knees, elbows, shins and fists, Muay Thai is an extremely efficient and effective form of combat. Whether you want to become a fighter, increase your self-confidence, get fit or improve your physique, Thai Kickboxing is the sport for you. Muay Thai can be practiced by anyone, big or small, male or female, stocky or skinny. All you need is determination, an open mind and we'll supply the rest. Training is taken by a fully qualified trainer from the KO gym, well known as one of the top gyms in London. The committee consists of a small number of enthusiasts who train in a safe, friendly atmosphere. The club also has many social events throughout the year including going to Muay Thai events in London. Training sessions are held on Monday 8:00pm-10:00pm in the Union Activity Space 2 and on Wednesday 2:00pm-4:00pm as well as Friday 5:00pm-7:00pm in the Union Gym, Level 3, Beit Quadrangle.
