Our Krav Maga trainings include a small portion of high intensity fitness as warm up and a lot of self-defence techniques taught by our external trainer.

The Imperial Krav Society is dedicated to the practice of Krav Maga, a martial art created specifically for real-life self defence. It is a complete martial art that incorporates strikes, locks, chokes, pressure points and take-downs in order to be able to adapt to any situation, like fighting against weapons, or multiple opponents. We also strongly focus on developing and shaping your personality into becoming more self-confident, strong and persistent.
No prior experience is required. Most people start from scratch and build up their techniques over time. It is one of the fastest, easiest and most effective martial art to learn. Visible progress is guaranteed after the first session. Due to the low barrier of entry feel free to join throughout the year. The more (consecutive) sessions you attend the faster your progress.
Trainings are twice a week and last 2h.
One session with our trainer (4 pounds for members): Thursday evening 19:30-21:30
One session (free): Saturday 14:00-16:00
