Imperial Krav Society is dedicated to the practice of Krav Maga, a martial art created specifically for real-life self defence. Krav incorporates strikes, locks, chokes and take-downs in order to help you adapt to any situation, like fighting against weapons, or multiple opponents. Build your self confidence and get fit while learning practical techniques in a friendly and welcoming community!
No prior experience is required. It is one of the fastest, easiest and most effective martial arts to learn and is open to all! Visible progress is guaranteed after the first session. Due to the low barrier of entry feel free to join throughout the year.
Our sessions include a high intensity warmup, great for improving your fitness, followed by training from our instructor. We also run a dedicated fitness session on Saturdays where you can practice your techniques.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic most of our regular activities have been disrupted. To carry on training whilst keeping our members safe our instructor sessions have been moved online where you can join in from home! Fitness sessions will be held outdoors so you can still meet other members in person. Changes to union opening hours means instructor sessions are now on Wednesdays rather than Tuesdays.

Online coached training session: Wednesday 20:00-21:30 on Microsoft Teams
Outdoor fitness session: Saturday 14:00-16:00 South Kensington Campus, Queens Lawn.
