ICU Cricket is one of the UK's leading university sports clubs, and one of the biggest and best at Imperial, recently being named as ✨CSP of the Year✨ at the 2024 Union Awards!

We cater for absolutely all abilities, so whether you've never touched a cricket bat before or you're the second coming of Don Bradman, there's a place for you here at ICUCC!

Our setup includes 3 Men's XIs and a Women's XI, who all compete in BUCS (30-50 overs) and LUSL (T20) against other universities in London and the South of England. Meanwhile, our hugely popular Club XI plays Sunday friendlies against local clubs throughout the summer. We are the joint-highest ranked outdoor sport at Imperial, with both our Men's and Women's 1st XI competing in BUCS Division 1.

Lords, the Home of Cricket, hosts our trials in October, with all four squads moving towards coached training in prestigious West London venues over Terms 1 and 2, before we switch to outdoor training in Term 3.

Throughout the winter, we run an Indoor Cricket League for all members, while our Men's 1st XI compete in the BUCS Indoor National Championships. Last year, we reached the National Finals, making us one of the Top 8 teams in the country!

We host a range of lively socials suited for both drinkers and non-drinkers, including annual dinners, the infamous Pub Cricket and many more. To top it all off, we run two tours a year (domestic and international) - the IC dominates abroad as well!
