Starting university can be daunting, there is so much to do! We have an enthusiastic and eager committee who want to make an impact on your university experience as well as help you settle into your university life.

We present a myriad of events throughout the year ranging from our highly-anticipated socials to our inspiring educational conferences. Previous highlights include:

Our traditional ‘BanglaSoc Mingle’ which provides Freshers with the opportunity to meet members of the society, older years and of course other Freshers!

Our Boat Party is one our most-hyped events, join us as we cruise and party on the River Thames!

Our insightful Conference on the impact of renowned Bangladeshi figures. Joining an exemplary panel of professionals included our key note speaker, Shafi Ahmed. He is a pioneer of laparoscopic surgery and recognised as the most-watched surgeon in history!
