Since the Graduate Students' Union was dissolved, too many senior postgraduate representative roles have been left vacant or underused. I want to better engage postgraduate students, so they represent themselves in university and ICU decision-making spaces at every level.

Build on the progress of recent years by continuing the rep WhatsApp community, regular one-to-one check-ins with senior reps, and making training more flexible through online refreshers and quizzes. I also want to better recognise reps' achievements through a new recognition scheme and by celebrating successes across ICU communications.

Continue to engage with the White City development and South Kensington redevelopment to ensure student spaces remain a priority. I also want to work with Daniel to explore the potential of the MyImperial app to help students find available study spaces.

Carry out an Imperial-wide audit of personal tutoring, looking at structures, training, meetings and support across departments and levels of study. Understanding what currently exists is the first step towards improving consistency and sharing best practice.

Help shift the conversation around AI from one centred on academic misconduct to one focused on responsible use as a learning tool. I want students to remain central to decisions about where AI belongs in education, while ensuring authentic assessment continues to be protected.
