Holiday Closure 2024

This closure will impact our venues, services and deadlines, and we want to give you as much notice as possible to assist with your planning.

Friday 13th December 2024

- Helpdesk closes at close of business

- Last day for school or external bookings

- Advice service closes at close of business

- Reynolds Bar closes at close of business

Sunday 15th December 2024

- Last day of trading for Venues. All Beit Venues (FiveSixEight, H-bar, Metric and The Union Bar) will be closed at close of business

- Final CSP bookings

Monday 16th December 2024

- Shop Extra will be closed at close of business

Thursday 19th December 2024

- Union Shop will be closed at close of business

Friday 20th December 2024

- The Beit Building will be closed on Friday 20 December 2024 at 2pm and will reopen on Monday 6 January 2025 at 8am. Access to the Beit building and West basement will be restricted to Union staff and essential Imperial operational staff only, such as cleaners, maintenance personnel, and contractors.

Thursday 2nd January 2025

- College reopens

Monday 6th January 2025

- Start of term

- Beit bars (FiveSixEight, H-bar, Metric and The Union Bar) reopen

- CSP bookings recommence

- Helpdesk reopens

- Advice service reopens

- Union office reopens

Wednesday 8th January 2025

- Reynolds Bar reopens (TBC)

Thursday 9th January 2025

- The Union Shop & Shop Extra reopens
