Our Ballroom & Latin team trials gives a chance to those with prior dance experience to find a partner, guided by our experienced instructors.
We run a partnering session where both leaders and followers are given a short but challenging enough routine, and are called onto the floor by our instructors to try with different partners. We assess the compatibility between the leaders and the followers, by a number of factors, including skill level, height, and student status.
This is the right event to attend if you wish to be part of our main team, attend competitions, and commit to the club – we build the partnerships with the aim to keep them as committed as possible over the year, for both partners to make progress in their dancing, while representing the Imperial team.
