Join IC CompSong for our first CAMPFIRE SESSION🏕️ of the year! Everyone comes together and writes a full song from scratch. Here's how it works:
1. Vibe Assessment - we see how everyone's feeling and jot down topics, no matter how random, that the song will be about.
2. Music Making - translate the thoughts gathered in the first stage into music and lyrics. We use acoustic guitars, MIDI keyboards and Logic Pro to build a coherent musical structure.
3. Recording & Performance - At the end of the session everyone sings the song together. Every campfire session is recorded and then mixed+mastered.
Whether you're new to this, or you're experienced; every contribution, no matter how small, adds to a truly unique musical experience and enriches your musicality.
Location - Sir Alexander Fleming Building, Seminar Room 122
