The Imperial College AnimeSoc is delighted to present the event "IzuMeets: What is it like to be a voice actress?" where Ms Izumi Kitta, a renowned voice actress from Japan, will join our society for a guest panel to share insights of the anime voice acting world.
We invite our members and everyone who is interested in learning more about the animation industry to join our event.
Date: 23 November 2025, 16:00. Door opens 15:30. Ticket desk opens 15:00.

Ticketing info
Members ticket: £8
Student ticket: £10. A valid student ID from any university will be required to collect the ticket. Failure to present a valid student ID will incur a supplement charge of £6.
General ticket: £15.
You will be able to submit question which you would like to ask Ms Kitta Izumi on the day through this form after you have purchased a ticket. Please bear in mind that a limited number of questions will be selected, and your question might not get answered. We would like to thank you for your understanding in advance.

Personal photography and video is strictly prohibited at this event. Our staff will be enforcing this rule and any audience found to be taking photos or videos will be asked to delete it from your device and leave the event.
Our staff will be taking photographs and videos during the event. Please inform a staff member if you have any concerns.
Please make sure to follow the guidance given by our staff on the day.
Please do not bring any dangerous items to the event.
There are no seat allocation available for this event. Seats are first come first served in the designated area. However, if the queue is long we will implement a queueing system using ticket numbers.
Information regarding flower arrangements (お祝い花のご案内)
We are able to accept a limited number of flower arrangements addressed to the guest speaker for this event. Please contact us at animesoc@imperial.ac.uk to let us know in advance. Please observe the following rules:
Size:
Stand
A stand must be no taller than 180 cm in height and no wider than 150 cm wide.
Bouquet
No higher than 80x30x30cm in dimension.
Delivery
Delivery must be made on 23 November 2025 between 10:00-12:00 in person.
No parcel or courier delivery is possible.
Upon delivery, please contact a staff member on site and we will arrange it for you.
You must remove any large stand before 20:00 on the same day.
There’s no need to remove any smaller bouquets.
General rules
Any flower arrangement must not contain any item which requires an electrical power supply.
We may refuse any baskets that do not meet the size requirements or are deemed inappropriate on the day.
The location of the flower arrangement in the venue will be determined by the staff. Please note that it is not possible to specify the installation location.
Please note that smaller flower bouquets will be treated as gifts, so they cannot be displayed in the venue like a flower stand.
Although we will try our best to arrange your flower, there might be cases where the arrangements cannot be displayed. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
