Last year audio and video lecture podcasts were publically announced to be rolled out across the College, with the Panopto software being used. ICT wish to roll this out at a steady pace to ensure the quality of the service offered, as you can imagine how much data they need to process and upload every day.

However, if you wish to see where Panopto has been installed or is in the process of being installed please look at this list.

After Easter ICT hope they will be able to add more rooms to the list and install Panopto in more theatres over the summer when they have access to the rooms.  This is because ICT have found it difficult getting access to the rooms during term time and hope to use the summer time to increase the number of lecture theatres that have Panopto installed.

The lecture theatres installed after Easter are decided from the faculties giving ICT their next list of room nominations.  If students wish to have certain rooms prioritised they should let their faculties know about this via their academic representatives.
