Student Money Week Event – Tuesday 12 February 2013, Level 2 Sherfield Building

The aim of student money week is to raise awareness of student financial issues and offer help, advice and money saving tips to help with budgeting your day-to-day finances. Come along to our event on 12 February 2013 from 11:30am - 2:30pm and meet the Student Financial Support Team and the Student Adviser from  Imperial College Union for the chance to win prizes or arrange a money “health check”.

What will we be offering: 

• Money saving tips and ideas to take away
• “Guess the price” competition: how good are you at estimating the cost of a bag of groceries?  Put your skills to the test and you could win the goods (three chances to win)
• “The price is right”: test your knowledge of accommodation costs and win on the spot prizes
• Money “health check” tools and appointments

Money Maestro Quiz

In addition to the day itself the Student Financial Support Team is offering the chance to win a £20 shopping voucher! For a chance to win, just complete their short quiz to prove you are a "Money Maestro".

The quiz can be downloaded here and completed entries can be:

• emailed to student.funding@imperial.ac.uk;
• handed in at the Student Hub on Level 3 Sherfield Building; or
• handed in at the Money Week event

 The quiz will close at 14:30 on Tuesday 12 February and the winner will be announced on Wednesday 13 February.
