10-week Termly Pass (Jan - March)

This pass gives you access to the full 10-week Knife Defence course. The course focuses on realistic knife threats, common attack patterns, and fast response under pressure. You will train awareness, distance management, control, counter-attacks, and decision-making in chaotic scenarios. Sessions are progressive, practical, and designed to build confidence and survivability rather than choreography. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
