We're excited to announce that we've got accommodation booked at Hu Roma Camping in Town! We have tickets available at a group discounted price of £111. Be sure to grab yours early, as we have only a limited number available! Please note this price does not include flights, which is your responsibility to organise and pay for, it only covers accommodation costs. You will have to organise your own transport to and from the airport, flights, and payment for travel/activities in Rome.
Tickets are limited to 1 per person, and non-transferable. We will verify names on the day, so be sure to bring your e-ticket and ID. If you can no longer attend, please let us know ASAP by emailing docsoc@ic.ac.uk for a refund. Refunds are only given with more than 2 weeks notice before the start of the event. Please note that this supersedes standard Union ticketing policies.
