Imperial College Union aims to amplify the student voice, wherever it needs to be heard.

Elections are a rare opportunity for students to exercise their democratic rights, and this May, you will have a chance to do so in two simultaneous elections - one local election for the wards of the London boroughs you live in, and one Europe-wide election for the European Parliament.

But if you want to cast your vote,  you need to be registered .

Can I vote?

Can you answer 'YES' to both of the following?

  • Are you from the UK, the EU, or the  Commonwealth  ?
  • Are you over 18 on 22 May 2014?

Then you are eligible to vote.

If you want to get ahead and register, head to  aboutmyvote.co.uk  to get started.
