Python for bioinformatics: Investigating the Central Dogma

Join us for an afternoon of learning to use Python to work with nucleotide and amino acid sequences. About this Event This workshop is aimed at Python beginners who want to practice their skills in a bioinformatics setting. You'll have a go at translating RNA to protein and searching for amino acid motifs. For those that are more advanced Python coders, there is an option to use object oriented programming to explore these topics.
