Healthwatch Central West London is an independent charity and membership organisation that works to represent the voices of current and prospective users of local health and social care services. We do this by listening to people’s views and experiences across Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster. We collect their stories and share them anonymously with those who can make improvements to the delivery and design of services to meet local needs.
