Student Volunteer Week 2018

Student Volunteering Week (SVW) is a national celebration of volunteering run by Students' Union's and Universities up and down the country. It's a week to recognise all the hard work our volunteers do across the union, encourage other people to volunteer through putting on events and activities, and a chance for you to have your say on how volunteering should be run.

SVW will be hitting Imperial College on February 19th - 23rd. Below we have a list of all the activities and events you can get involved with over the course of the week, and some more information about why you should volunteer!

What's the Scoop on...Volunteering?

This SVW we will heading out and about to talk to you about volunteering. We want to know:

  • Why you volunteer?
  • What's stopping you from volunteering?

  • What would you like to see from volunteering at Imperial College Union?

Not only that but we will also be giving away FREE ICE CREAM, who can say no to that?!

We will be scooping out information at stalls in:

Charing Cross - Wednesday 21st February
JCR - Thursday 22nd February
