Imperial College Union is looking for students who are interested in becoming Mystery Shoppers at Imperial College Union
We are currently looking to build a team of dedicated student Mystery Shoppers to help us review and improve our bars and catering outlets as well as the experience that our members have whilst visiting our venues. Our outlets include the Union building's Beit Bars (FiveSixEight, Metric & The Union Bar), The Reynolds Bar situated in Charing Cross Hospital Hammersmith, h-bar in the Sherfield Building as well as The Foundry Bar & Kitchen at Woodward Halls in Acton.
As a mystery shopper you would be asked to fill in a questionnaire following your agreed visit to one of our venues where you would comment on your experience. Questions will cover your experience entering the venue, cleanliness, quality of service and quality of the food and drink. In return we will refund you for the food and drink that you purchase as part of the questionnaire as well as any door charge you may pay if there is an event on. A full guideline document is supplied explaining what it is you will be looking for on your visit and what you may need to take with you.
So, if you're interested in helping to improve the services offered to our membership by becoming a Mystery Shopper then please apply below
Once applications have been submitted dates and venues for visiting will be allocated. The questionnaire for completion will be issued with the date and location of the Mystery Shopper test
