Medicine: MSc Molecular Medicine

Hi everyone! I am Salina, and I am running for the position of Postgraduate Course Representative, because I want to help all of you having the best experience possible from this Masters.

Since I did my BSc at Imperial, I have a good knowledge of the university and how it functions, and I am familiar with its academic structure, as well as many of the services available to students. During my second year I had the chance to be a course liaison officer for the Japanese Course I was taking, which allowed me to gain valuable experience in gathering students’ feedback and passing it on to academic staff. I really enjoyed this role, as I love connecting with and being of service to others. If I can help anyone with whatever issue they have and make their life a bit easier, then that makes my day!

If elected, I will aim to represent all of you in an equal and fair manner. I will ensure that your opinions are heard, and that each of you has the chance to speak up. I will also hold regular meetings to discuss all together about any issues you may have, or ideas you want to propose to improve the delivery of the course. Finally, I will organise social events where everyone, shy or outgoing, will feel comfortable to participate in!

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions!
