How it works

First off, look through the A-Z and see if there are clubs that are similar. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, take a look at this form:

If you need help with your application or if you’d like to discuss your idea in more detail, the Student Activities Coordinator will happily help, just drop them an email! Alternatively, speak to the relevant Management Group Chair who can lend advise on how to run clubs and the criteria new activity applications are measured against. You can find a list of the relevant people here.

Once you’ve completed your application, you should receive a confirmation that it has been received; the application will then be reviewed by the New Activities Committee. The Student Activities Team will let you know the date of the next New Activities Committee Meeting and may invite you to attend to discuss your application further.
