Minimum Requirements

There are a number of goals that clubs need to complete in order to enter into the scheme and unlock rewards.

In order to be eligible for the scheme, once you sign up your club will need to meet the following minimum requirements before the points window closes in the spring term.

If you do not meet the minimum requirements then your club will be ineligible to gain points.

  • Annual Budget 
  • Not in debt*
  • Annual Risk Assessment
  • Affiliations
  • Instructors
  • Submit via eActivities
  • Submit via eActivities
  • Submit via eActivities
  • 20 members
  • Constitution
  • No 'naughty officers'
  • AGM/eVoting
  •  eActivities tracked
  • Submit via eActivities
  • eActivities tracked
  • Submit minutes (AGM) / eActivities tracked (eVoting)
  • Key Information Quiz
  • One club officer attends an Officer Academy**
  • All club officers complete; eActivities tracked
  • Register taken on the day

*Unless with prior approval from the Deputy President (Finance & Services).

**If your club officers can't attend an Officer Academy then alternatively they can complete the 4 workshops that are included in the day. This includes: Club Finance, Club Funding, Officer Induction & Events Management & Space. These will be run on an ad-hoc basis throughout the year. A timetable can be found on the Workshops page.
