Based in South Kensington, next to the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park with the V&A, History and Science Museums nearby – what better place to hold your event than Imperial College Union.
We have a variety of rooms available for private hire and free for clubs and societies that can accommodate a variety of activities.
Whether you’re looking to hold a dinner, a party, bar night or a small meeting, the Union has just what you need.
The concert hall located on the second floor of the Union building has a full stage and large cinema screen. dBs club venue contains a purpose built bar, DJ booth and a large and small stage areas with a capacity of 450, it’s perfect for holding a large party. The wood paneled dining hall makes an impressive backdrop for formal dinners. The Union gym has sprung flooring and is great for sporting activities. Our seminar rooms are best suited for meetings ranging from a capacity of 15 to 50.
All the rooms in the Union are versatile and can be adaptable for other types of events, just ask for more information.
If you're intending to hold a private function we offer very competitive room rates (current Imperial College students are eligible for a 25% discount). With other services at our fingertips such as our in-house catering, bars and entertainments, organising your event couldn't be any easier.
