Bar Shift Leader
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who can make a substantial
contribution to the running of our Bar operations.

The post will be responsible for all aspects of operational bar shift leading including the care and preparation of real ales and wines, as well as the demands of a busy and thriving student environment.

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong personality and excellent interpersonal skills for this vital role. You will be a forward planner able to view the bigger picture, and the overall aims of the organisation, whilst at the same time ensuring the best operational practices. You will have good planning skills and the ability to manage a varied and challenging array of business demands.

Experience of running busy Bar shifts is essential. A working knowledge of relevant legislation is also a requirement of the post. EPOS experience and being a personal licence holder would give you a distinct advantage.
