Ragpromo Raising and Giving!

Tuesday

  • RCSU Queens Tower tours: you can enjoy a guided tour up the Queens Tower any time between 12-2pm.
  • RAG pub golf: Meet in Union Bar from 7pm onwards. £1 per entry. Ladies & Gents scorecards will be provided. RAG encourages golf related fancy dress.

Wednesday

  • London Raid: Get a team together and come to Beit at 11am to be supplied with collecting tins, RAG T-Shirts and a list of challenges for you to perform throught London. Prizes for best fundraisers, most points and best fancy dress.

Thursday

  • RCSU Queens Tower tours: you can enjoy a guided tour up the Queens Tower any time between 12-2pm.
  • City & Guilds Auction of Promises (a.k.a "Slave Auction"). Turn up and buy your favourite sabbatical etc or nominate one of your friends (with or without their permission). 7pm Union Bar.

Friday

  • RCSU Queens Tower tours: you can enjoy a guided tour up the Queens Tower any time between 12-2pm.

All Week

  • RAG MAG sales: Tue, Thurs Fri lunchtimes Sherfield Walkway. RAG mag is just 14 pages of savage humour and only costs £1 with all proceeds going to charity.
  • RCSU hitsquad: All week. Contact RCSU Vice President Richard Faultley (richard.fautley@ic.ac.uk) to arrange a hit.

Well Done! I was denied access to the Queen Tower today on the basis that my donation was unacceptable, being under the suggested 3 pounds. If they are going go EXTORT money from students, the least they could do is put that in their advertising. Compulsory donations is a nice oxymoron, I wonder whether they report the money as donations or ticket fees. One more ruined concept, I'm starting to get all more sceptical of ICs way of running things..
