The Summer Term is our favourite here at Imperial College Union. Not only does it, in theory, have the best weather for us to enjoy in the Quad with a glass of Pimms, but is also when we hold our Summer Ball! We will be announcing the lineup for this year's Ball later this week. However, in the mean time, we are pleased to announce our exciting new evening menu in the Union.
We are giving our catering options at the Union a bit of a shake-up. Breakfasts have been further improved offering thick white bread with all of our sandwiches, plus we are now offering great breakfast baguette deals. How does a baguette with 2 rashers of bacon, 2 sausages and an egg with your choice of tea, coffee or fruit juice for only £3 sound? This, and other great deals, are available weekdays in dB's from 08:30 until 14:00.
Lunchtimes have always been characterised by long queues in daVinci's, because of this we are now going to be serving our popular pasta dishes in dB's instead. Think off dB's as the place to go to get your food-to-go quickly. Da Vinci's will continue to serve the best freshly cooked value food on campus.
Evenings see the biggest change as we will be closing our catering shutters in da Vinci's and putting out our exciting new menus on table in all three bars. Simply choose a great dish from our new gastro-style menu, take yourself to the bar, order your food and sit back down. We will prepare your food and bring it to your table! The new menu features some great new dishes, come and give it a try. We are serving from 17:00 on weekday evenings.
