This is a type of accommodation that is run by the college which is usually reserved for first years. Facilities range from en-suite to shared bathrooms, and all kitchens are shared. Facilities like bathrooms and kitchens can be shared however some en-suite rooms are offered. Rooms are available at a variety of prices, ranging from around £60 for a triple room to up to £230 in premium rooms in our newest accommodation. !! Third Party Halls
Third Party Halls are not owned or run by the college, but are a great place to live if you want to meet people from a variety of universities across London. The downside is that they can be quite expensive. One such provider is Unite. The college also have a list of other available private halls of residence.
This is where students, often in groups, move into a property which is owned by a landlord. Rent is usually paid monthly and normally utility bills are not included in the rent but this can vary. There are different contracts with regard to this and dealing with landlords can be tricky, so for more information contact the Advice Centre or visit the Private Accommodation page.
