Two single rooms (each with double bed and wardrobe space) available in a three bedroom flat on a quiet street just off Eversholt Street, only 5 mins walk from Mornington Crescent tube, 7 mins from Euston, 10 mins from King's Cross, and less than 15 mins from UCL - that's access to a lot of underground/overground/bus routes!

Flat includes a large living room, decent size kitchen and separate toilet and bathroom. Rent is approximately £92 pw exclusive of bills (gas, electricity, water, Sky basic package (£15pm), 8-16Mb broadband (wireless, £10pm), BT line rental (£11pm, all split four ways). You'll only contribute to the council tax if you're a worker.

Currently resident are a friendly young couple (22yr old medic, 25yr old medical physicist). Applicants must be considerate due to heavy workload and early mornings of 5th year medicine. Non-smokers only.

Contract is strictly 12 months beginning the 14th of September. Deposit is 6 weeks' rent, with one month's rent in advance, meaning around £950 is required in advance of moving in. Applicants must be able to provide references if the landlord requests them.

The flat represents good value for money: when we first saw it three years ago, around a dozen groups arranged to visit, all five groups at the first viewing wanted it, and the rent increases have been below average: _{7.5% over 3 years, c.f. average UK increase (rpi[rent])} 8.7%.
