room to rent, very cheap

my self and two other students are lookng for a housemate.
we have a large house in hammersmith, right behind the hospital, and we would like a roomate to help with the rent and just to make the place a bit more full!
we're all very friendly, sociable, clean and tidy and live student life to the full!
the room itself is slightly smaller than some, but the rent would reflect this: we'd only ask about 80 a week.

Hi,
I`m starting a masters in applied maths in imperial in october and was looking for a room just like the one you`re offering! I`m also sociable, friendy and tidy. Would you be able to email me some more details, how much are bills per month and what is included in this, is there a sitting room in the house, how far a walk is it to the nearest tube station? I'm going to do MSc Immunology at Imperial this October. I have applied for the halls, but am looking around for rooms closer to the hospital if I don't get in (hope I do!). All the same, I'd like to know more about the room you are offering. How far away from the hospital is the house? Are all the residents female? Just curious. :) My email is madhulika13@gmail.com.
