Autumn Concert Season
Hard to believe that its already concert season!
Saturday 19th November 2011 is our Autumn Choir concert, featuring Choir and Chamber Choir, with repertoire including:
‘The King Shall Rejoice’- Handel
‘Locus Iste’- Anton Bruckner
‘Shine’- Take That
‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’- Rogers & Hammerstein (Gospel version)
'Chicago' medley
Just a few days later, on Thursday 24th November 2011 is the Autumn Orchestra concert. This term's major work is Borodin's Symphony No. 2, alongside the 'Theme from Schindler's List', featuring ICSM MusicSoc Scholar Edward Jones.
As always, the concert is free for students with other tickets £6, all with a free glass of wine. Concerts are being held at St. Stephen's Church on Gloucester Road. Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start. Tickets available in advance from medics.music@imperial.ac.uk or on the door.
