MusicSoc May Concert

BBC1

15th May 2010
St. Stephen's Church, Gloucester Road SW7 4RL

After the success of last years, 'May Society Concert' we have decided to do the same this year on 15th May 2010. This year we are having a different theme; A Night At the Movies and have a selection of music spanning many centuries to take you on a musical journey.

Again we are involving the entire society orchestra, choir, jazz band and chamber choir with minimal rehearsals, just one or two evening ones and the concert day itself. We are also opening up the orchestra, choir and jazz band to anyone who wants to come along and sing or play, even if they don't normally, the more the merrier, as long as they can come to the rehearsals! There will also be solo opportunities in a number of pieces, contact us for more information.
