Hi,

I am looking to find an Imperial postgrad student to rent out my current room as I wish to move out. The accommodation is in Clayponds Village (Sterling Place, South Ealing). The rent I'm paying at the moment is £136.64 a week inclusive of all bills and fast internet. The room on offer is a very large single room (one of the largest in the postgraduate halls). The furniture in the room includes: wardrobes, cupboards, drawers, shelves, notice board, computer desk and chair, single bed, personal internet/phone line Even after this the room is still massive with plenty of space. The area is nice with a friendly local postgraduate population, as well as plenty of local amenities such as Sainsbury's local, garages, grocers, chip shops, et cetera.
